Essential Duties:
Annual salary rate begins at $70,044.00. Mid range at $87,555.00. Actual starting rate will be commensurate with experience and education.

Education/Experience:
Registered Nurse, graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. At least 2 years clinical and/or community health nursing experience preferred. An accredited Faith Community Nurse course must be completed within the first two years of employment.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Fluent in English. Bilingual in Spanish required.
Reasoning Ability:
Must have critical thinking skills and be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Certificates and Licenses:
Current state of Texas nursing license. BCLS and CPR.
Computer Skills:
Demonstrates working knowledge of the Internet, Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel applications.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member will have direct contact with patients and clients. Position necessitates bending, stooping, twisting, turning, walking, climbing steps, sitting, and standing for periods of time. Must be able to lift and maneuver 30 pounds.
