The Assistant Property Manager supports the assigned Property Manager(s) in overseeing the daily operations of the property(ies) and, in addition, is responsible for tenant/vendor relations, invoice coding and processing, work order management and Certificate of Insurance tracking. We are seeking an independent, self-starting, and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join our team at one of the busiest train stations in the country. The ideal candidate will be a highly responsible individual capable of managing property operations autonomously while ensuring the station operates smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills to interact with a wide demographic, from customers to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
