MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (Maintenance)
The Maintenance Supervisor strategizes the installations, maintenance, and repairs of the RDC building, equipment, furnishings, grounds and systems to ensure their efficiency, integrity, safety, and within budget. They manage associates who are assigned tasks or projects which may include, but not limited to site inspections, building and equipment maintenance.
Scheduled Days: Monday through Friday
Annual Salary Range: Up to $83,000.00 *** based on experience and qualifications
Incentive: This position is eligible to participate in the Company's Incentive Plan. Incentive target will be 10% of your incentive eligible earnings.

Responsibilities (May perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned).
1. Troubleshoots, repairs, performs preventive maintenance, and installations of equipment to ensure continuous operations. Directs maintenance personnel who perform work in electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, construction, and other tasks in support of warehouse operations and facility upkeep.
2. Responsible for the safety and physical security of the facility and surrounding grounds. This includes building, equipment, and grounds inspections, so facilities are regularly in compliance with safety and operational standards. Plans and modifies maintenance activities to address needs based upon inspections and reports; recommends and implements changes to facility and equipment that are cost effective and compliant with safety standards. They also need to monitor in and around the facility for safety, apply appropriate repairs, and ensure operations are at 100%.
3. Ensures facilities and surrounding grounds are cleaned and properly monitored for waste, pests and other hazards.
4. Determines if project can be performed by internal associates. If not, they will plan and lead maintenance projects cost, bidding, managing and scheduling. Supervisor and Manager sources/reviews contractor bids for repairs, ensuring they are compliant with standards of safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
a. Scheduling of personnel (employees and contractors), accessing machine manuals, ensuring needed parts are in inventory, working with production team and ensuring work orders updated and completed system.
b. Acts as a vendor liaison to ensure work is scheduled, PO verified (if applicable) and ensure completion.
5. Ability to hire and retain maintenance associates and ensures technical certifications are achieved and sustained. They will conduct performance reviews, training and development and monitor jobs for safety requirements. Drive business success to meet or exceed goal, growth and quality.
Education & Experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· 3-5 Years, preferably 2+ years in a Supervisory role, preferably in a distribution setting.
· Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Licenses & Certifications: Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing, preferred.

Work Environment: Work is performed in areas where air conditioning is unavailable and may be exposed to chemicals that are routinely present in the warehouse facilities and to heat, cold and precipitation outside of the building.
