Adm & Ops Exec Director for Spectrum Dominance (Project Management)
Join the Oklahoma Aerospace and Defense Innovation Institute (OADII) as the Administrative & Operations Executive Director for Spectrum Dominance! Here, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations and designated as the lead point of contact for assigned areas. This position will develop policies, procedures, and goals, oversee the budget process, resolve problems, manage personnel, and implement programs to maximize the effectiveness of assigned operations. Also, you will collaborate closely with OADII leadership, associate directors, and OU faculty researchers, focusing on advancing key initiatives in spectrum warfare, modernization and sustainment resilience, cyberspace, information dominance, and national defense policy. Essential Duties:
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or technical field applicable to spectrum management, AND:
Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
