Patient Access Representative II/Sr. - Ob/Gyn (TMC) (Finance)
The Patient Access Representative working in our Ob/Gyn Women's Center (TMC) is responsible for ensuring medical necessity compliance, verifying eligibility, and posting payments. They will p rovide customer service in the busy MFM Ultrasound Clinic, scheduling ultrasounds and patient appointments, answering phones, and overseeing clinic flow.

Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Position Key Accountabilities:
Certification/Skills:
Ability to multi-task.
Proficient typing/keyboarding skills.
Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
Two years of experience in a hospital or medical business office setting.
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
