Receptionist (Administrative)

This highly visible position is responsible for:
- Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer, prioritize, and direct calls using our multi-line phone system.
- Maintain a visitor logbook, company directory, and issue visitor badges.
- Handle light clerical tasks, including reviewing and e-signing bills, and preparing and sorting mail.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior receptionist experience preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in common Windows-based programs like Word and Excel.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse personalities.
- Attention to detail is a must!
