Payroll Data Maintenance Specialist (Hybrid Work Schedule) (Finance)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel

Physical ability to access all necessary files
Desired
Payroll experience, with knowledge of Oracle cloud based or other payroll systems
Advanced Excel skills
Input and balance payroll deductions for union dues, better government, political action, and United Way
Load payroll dollars, hours, and deductions into system
Resolve call center tickets as assigned
Respond to payroll questions from division, stores, and vendors
Issue remittance for voluntary deductions
