Complex Purchasing Manager - Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace and Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista (Finance)

Join our leadership team as a Complex Purchasing Manager at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace and the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista ! These resort-style properties in the Disney Springs® Area offer luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations! In this role, you will oversee the purchasing/receiving department and report directly to the Complex Director of Finance and Directors of Food and Beverage.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of leadership experience in purchasing/receiving, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to lead and develop receiving teams in a high-volume setting. A background in hotels, experience supporting complex properties, and familiarity with purchasing systems like Coupa and/or BirchStreet are preferred.

Shift Pattern:Full availability is required including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

What will I be doing?

As a Complex Purchasing Manager, you would be responsible for planning, organizing, and tracking inventories of general merchandise items. Specific tasks of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Communication with culinary and management teams relative to purchases consistent with hotel needs and specifications
• Negotiate pricing and purchase goods to ensure delivery in a timely manner
• Review shipments to ensure products received are consistent with orders and proper grade and quality
• Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
