Business Systems Analysis Manager (Information Technology)
Position Summary
Bridges the gap between technology and business, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions. Evaluates and supports the organization's needs through gap analysis, system evaluations, and process improvement. Coaches the business analysis team and manages employee operations by setting priorities and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet the organizational objectives Collaborates closely with business units to develop business analysis processes that meet the organization's needs. Additionally, resolves issues and escalations in a timely fashion to reduce operational impacts to members and employees.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has direct and/or indirect supervisory responsibility.
Requirements - Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Minimum of three years of progressive management/leadership experience. Minimum of five years' experience managing business analysis in a financial institution, required.
