Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Anaplan Model Builder to join our team.

Product Manager Anaplan Model Builder Role Overview

The Anaplan Model Builder plays a critical role in designing, developing, managing, and optimizing Anaplan models and user interfaces (UX/UI) to support business planning and reporting processes. This role will leverage business, financial, operational, and technical acumen and experience, working closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, develop requirements, and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions in the Anaplan platform. This role partners with internal and external technical partners, as needed. The Anaplan Model Builder will participate in developing and delivering training to users.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Designs, builds, documents, and maintains models, modules, pages, apps, lists, dashboards, and other features of Anaplan.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and understand business and functional requirements.
  • Provides end user training and support, including deployment, change management, and troubleshooting.
  • Works with Anaplan Product Manager to build and maintain data hubs and integrations.
  • Stays updated on Anaplan platform developments, including new functionalities, best practices, and capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or relevant technical degree required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of Anaplan experience; three (3) or more years of Anaplan experience preferred.
  • Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Anaplan, including model building, data integration, and user interface design required.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting experience, ideally in an FP&A environment, strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in and deep understanding of financial and operational planning processes and methodologies strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience building sophisticated financial models strongly preferred.
  • Experience using technology to translate complex Excel spreadsheets into multidimensional models preferred.
  • CPG or beverage industry experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong analytical abilities, translating business requirements into effective Anaplan models.
  • Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes, including data mapping and transformation.
  • Working knowledge and experience in Agile methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
