What You'll Need to Bring to the Table:
Familiar with basic tools and chemicals.
Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independently.
Ability to function effectively in a customer service environment.
Strong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.
Strong time management skills.
Solid communication skills.
Your Calling Will Be:
Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the grounds, common areas.
Light maintenance duties.
Ordering supplies.
Assisting other porters and inspecting their areas for cleanliness.
Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
