Controls Manager (Finance)

Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Controls Manager to be based out of our San Francisco, California office. This position within our Environmental Remediation West group will act as a project controls manager, providing leadership and oversight to the Program Controls team including strategic and technical guidance and maintaining program controls for large remediation projects in collaboration with the client and account teams.
The ideal candidate will possess great attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently, and will be capable of working as a productive member of a high-performance team.
Role accountabilities:
• Provide leadership and oversight to the Program Controls team including strategic and technical guidance.
• Maintain a program controls environment that enables transparency on progress, minimize and mitigate risks, achieve quality outcomes, and enable timely decision making.
• Manage compliance with controls procedures and proper utilization of systems/tools.
• Develop and maintain program controls, process documents and procedures.
• Review contracts and program documents to ensure compliance with program controls.
• Oversee team governance including directing routine meetings.
• Liaison with client for contract review and processing.
This position is an office-based role in the Oakland/San Francisco area. The successful candidate should expect to be travel up to 10% travel to local offices across northern California
Qualifications & Experience:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Finance or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working for clients in the power and utility sector

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $116,000- $200,100.
Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
