Role reports to: Head of People Strategy
Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel %: 10%
Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98,000 to $167,900. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
What you will do
The People Business Partner, People Function is responsible for supporting the People Function (HR) and creating and implementing People plans and programs, advising and counseling leaders, providing coaching and partnering with leaders to grow diverse leadership and talent pipelines. Additionally, you will use analytics tools to inform talent and People strategies in support of business goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership in talent management, leadership development, coaching, organization design, and culture creation to drive sustainable business growth and build highly capable leaders
• Develop and execute culture and employee engagement initiatives to ensure employees are thriving and engaged
• Coach, inspire and execute on people strategies to ensure a healthy and diverse pipeline of talent for the future
• Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps and develop talent plans that support the long-term growth and success of the company
• Build strong relationships with People Function leaders, ensuring deep connection with and knowledge about the business and operating environment to be a strategic talent partner
• Act with agility, empowering each other to prioritize activities with measurable outcomes, and acting as a servant leader to support our teams.
• Create and oversee the implementation of People plans and programs related to organizational design, development and change.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• 8 years of experience in a related HR role, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative HR strategies.
• University/Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of HR professionals.
• In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
• 5 years related experience as HR business partner
• Talent Management required
• Capability & leadership development is required
• Culture curation & employee engagement
Desired Qualifications
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address HR-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Proven track record in building strong, trusting relationships, fostering a transparent environment, communicating difficult messages
