Global Head of Communications, Senior Vice President (Finance)
The Head of Global Communications is responsible for leading and executing a strategic external and internal communications program, in support of our purpose to help create better outcomes for the world's investors and the people they serve. This new role will drive integrated communication activities including internal, executive, client, crisis and social communications. The Head of Global communications will also be responsible for reputation management initiatives, including the global Public Relations (PR) program and Global Events management. This senior leadership position requires a strong understanding of the financial services industry and landscape with organizational leadership to drive a highly visible communications strategy in partnership with senior leaders and business partners. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership, craft clear, consistent, and compelling messages to enhance our organizational culture and our market presence, foster employee engagement, and promote understanding of key business objectives.
