Assistant/Associate Professor - Energy Transition Innovations (Finance)
University : The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching has recognized the University of Houston as a research university with very high research activities . Department : The IE Department has 1 5 full-time faculty and approximately 350 students in programs leading to bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees. The department has recently embarked on an exciting period of research growth as well as student enrollment growth. Opportunities exist for collaboration with several departments in the College, University, and local community in the areas of energy, power systems, resilience, smart city & sustainability, and manufacturing.

Qualifications : Applicants must have an earned Ph.D. degree in industrial engineering or a closely related field. The candidate is expected to develop and foster nationally recognized, cross-disciplinary research programs . Successful applicants must demonstrate a record of developing and maintaining a vigorous research program, sustaining a strong record of peer-reviewed publication, external funding, advising students, and teaching innovation.
