Ecommerce Specialist (Finance)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Copy Writing: Write, edit, and maintain product page content, including titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and additional copy that enhances the customer experience. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize product listings for search engines, ensuring higher visibility and conversion rates. Product Data Management: Upload and manage product listings across various ecommerce platforms, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date. Performance Analysis: Benchmark, monitor, and analyze the performance of product pages, using insights to refine and improve content strategy. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to adhere to brand voice and tone that aligns product page content with overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging. Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in product page optimization. Compliance: Ensure all product listings comply with platform guidelines and legal requirements. Ensure all new products, both branded and OPPs, are launched with optimized product pages and supporting assets Lead organic social strategy and content production for ecommerce owned channels

Strategic:
Demonstrated understanding of translating analysis into strategy and tactics Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, persuasive, and SEO-optimized content. Familiarity with SEO techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization. Experience in graphic design or familiarity with design tools. Experience working with external marketing agencies to increase ad performance
Platform:
Strong experience advertising on 3P platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, TikTok) Experience with Ecommerce and Content Management platforms (Drupal, Magento, Shopify, Wordpress), with a strong portfolio of product page listings Experience working within digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads) Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker (Google Data Studio), platform-specific analytics packages) Experience with advanced marketing performance tools (SEMRush, Moz) Experience working with site search platforms (Algolia, Bloomreach, Klevu)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in business, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field from four-year college or university 2 to 4 years managing content and product listings
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret such items as general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or simple governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, or procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions where a certain degree of tact and discretion is needed.
QUANTITATIVE SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Microsoft Office, Content Management Applications, HTML coding, Adobe AcrobatExcellent leadership, communication, organizational and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects.
