Responsibilities:
- Assess, design, and implement sensory-based interventions
- Lead group and one-on-one activities tailored to resident needs
- Collaborate closely with other therapy disciplines to optimize resident outcomes
- Educate staff on sensory integration practices to enhance resident engagement
