Position Summary
The Regional Branch Manager is responsible for providing leadership and strategic thinking, executing strategies to achieve excellence in member service while promoting a culture of member-centric excellence across all member touchpoints. Working with the VP of Member Experience, the Regional Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring and delivering an exceptional and consistent experience to the members across the Credit Unions products, services, and channels. This position will strive for a cohesive member experience vision by supporting staff at the branches assigned. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and Credit Union policies and procedures.
The Regional Branch Manager also oversees all branch operations at their assigned branch, providing direction for growth of their branch to achieve the overall objectives of the Credit Union. The Regional Branch Manager oversees member services, and ensures a safe, productive work environment for the staff. This position demonstrates strong support in Managements decisions and the Credit Unions strategic goals.
