Project Manager, MENA Region (Finance)
Project Summary:
The Iraq Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Services Activity (PMES) works to support USAID in its efforts to improve performance management, make informed strategic and management decisions, and advance USAID learning on development approaches. PMES conducts third-party monitoring (TPM) of projects implemented by other organizations. We will also provide training and learning support services to increase monitoring and evaluation capacity of USAID and implementing partner staff.

Position Summary:
The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing administrative, contractual, financial, and logistical aspects of the project. The PM will report to the Senior Project Manager. The preferred location for this role is in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.

Pay Transparency Statement:
We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant and equitable approach to employment compensation. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated pay range for this position is $62,000 to $69,000 USD.
