Associate Auditor (Finance)
Compensation:
$63,300 -$72,800 annually (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)
Description:
Under the general direction of the Audit Services Manager, plans and conducts financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with applicable auditing standards. This includes reviews that assess operating, accounting and administrative controls, compliance with laws, regulations and policies, safeguarding of assets, reliability of data, efficiency and effectiveness of operations, and accomplishment of goals and objectives. The auditor must effectively communicate with audit committee members, executive management and other team members.
Work Schedule and Location:
This is a full-time, exempt level position working core hours between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST, Monday – Friday, with additional hours as needed. This role will be primarily officed out of Royal Credit Union's Corporate Center in Eau Claire WI, and is eligible for partially remote work following an onboarding period and contingent upon performance.
Training:
Prior to starting a normal work schedule, all new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI. This training runs from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal's culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization. There is also an expectation that the individual hired into this role spend a period of at least the first three months of employment with regular travel to Eau Claire, WI for training purposes.
