iTech AG is looking for a Program Manager to support our Federal Government Customer.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and submit a comprehensive Project Management Plan (PMP), including how the order will be executed, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder alignment.
Maintain and update an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) every 60 days.
Provide Implementation Plans for data migration and other project-specific activities.
Submit Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) to outline key activities, pending decisions, and recommendations for improvement.
Deliver Monthly Status Reports (MSR), including financial details, hours worked, and additional requested information.
Maintain an up-to-date Staffing Plan, including tracking personnel onboarding, access requests, and other actions.
Oversee resource allocation to ensure adequate staffing for ongoing and surge requirements.
Monitor project risks and submit a Strategic Plan with outcomes, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies.
Identify and document root causes of project delays and provide solutions.
Update Architecture Diagrams, Infrastructure Specifications, and Technical Design documents.
Develop and implement Incoming and Outgoing Transition Plans to minimize service disruptions.
Provide a Close-out and Transition Report at the end of the order, detailing historical metrics, SOPs, and after-action reviews.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, focus groups, and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and align project governance with organizational strategy.
Track customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to enhance project performance and user adoption.
Implement quality assurance measures to ensure deliverables meet required standards.
Ensure deliverables comply with client and federal standards, including Section 508 accessibility requirements and FISMA security guidelines.
Collaborate with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) to meet Public Trust clearance requirements.
Adhere to the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and meet predefined performance thresholds.
Provide performance data and respond to quality assessments conducted by the client.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least six (6) years of direct supervision of IT software development, integration, and maintenance projects.
Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of data processing and other information management professionals involved in analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information and/or telecommunications systems.
Must be able to serve as a liaison to customers and be capable of advising customers financially.
Supervise the project team's day-to-day activities.
Strong communication and customer relationships skills at the executive level, and the ability to adjust to the audience appropriately.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
SECURITY CLEARANCE
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
