Management Concepts is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales and customer service to work in a fast-paced environment, driving lead generation and meeting sales targets. As an SDR, you will engage with existing and potential customers, including students, training coordinators, and decision makers from federal government agencies and commercial organizations, helping to grow our business by generating qualified leads and supporting our sales efforts through exceptional outreach and relationship building.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Responsible for outbound and inbound calls, and emails to generate leads and qualify prospects for the sales team.
Sales & Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service while upselling and cross-selling products to maximize revenue and meet the needs of existing and potential customers.
CRM Management: Document activities in CRM, tracking interactions, lead status, and maintaining up-to-date records of outreach efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and other sales professionals to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads and optimize sales strategies.
Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Market Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and leverage that knowledge to engage prospects effectively and address their specific needs.
Customer Retention: Focus on driving long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business by ensuring high-quality service and personalized solutions.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and follow best practice templates and talk tracks to enhance your sales effectiveness.

Education and Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
