Administrative Assistant, HS 3, Loss Prevention-Jacksonville (Administrative)
This position is responsible for managing highly sensitive and confidential information regarding the fire and burglary alarm security function in all retail locations in the division. Associate will also provide administrative support to the Divisional Loss Prevention Manager and Loss Prevention Specialists for the division. Additional tasks would include assisting with case and assessment management, data mining, report generation, and task management.
high school diploma or equivalent experience
one-year full-time employment with Publix Super Markets or comparable retail experience, or
one year of full-time secretarial experience, or
two years of part-time secretarial experience
knowledge of and proficiency in Access, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
knowledge of and proficiency with internet use
excellent verbal and written communication skills

AS Degree in Business and/or Loss Prevention related field
in-depth knowledge of Publix policy and guidelines
knowledge of Publix Structured Writing.
