COVID-19 Equity Program Analyst (Remote/Hybrid) (Personal Services)
SUMMARY
Across California, state and local health departments, health clinics, and community-based organizations are implementing COVID-19 guidelines for testing, contact tracing, vaccinations, and other essential public health services during the pandemic. To ensure the prioritization of eligible and underserved populations for COVID-19 services, Heluna Health (HH) is partnering with the California Department of Public Health's (CDPH's) Office of Health Equity (OHE) to staff a COVID-19 Equity Program Analyst to assist with equitable COVID-19 response and recovery strategies in ways that consider the unique needs of the diverse communities of California.
Under the general direction of the COVID-19 Community Inclusion and Partnerships (CIPS) Manager within the Advancing Community Equity Branch in the Office of Health Equity, the Program Analyst provides programmatic and fiscal analysis support for the CIPS team who is ensuring that the local COVID-19 pandemic response and recovery addresses health equity and serves to improve equitable health outcomes for historically underserved or marginalized communities. The Program Analyst will operate with a high degree of independence and initiative in performing tasks.
The salary range for this position is $66,560.00 to $75,000.00 annually depending on experience/qualifications.
This is a temporary, grant-funded, full-time, benefitted position. This position is expected to last through June 30, 2025 and may be extended should funding become available.

This is currently a remote position with the possibility of occasional in-person work at the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Richmond or Sacramento office. This position may be required to travel up to 5%.
