Sewing Technician (Manufacturing)

This position will be responsible for cutting and sewing upholstery fabric. This position reports to the upholstery supervisor.
Responsibilities

Use sewing machines to sew upholstery chair fabric
Read tape measure
Use C-Gex machine to upholster small chairs as needed
Cross-train in other departments

Requirements

Must be able to function in a fast-paced team environment
Safety-minded and detail-oriented
Must quality inspect your own work
Prioritize job assigned job task
Good communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
2 years of general upholstery sewing experience preferred
Experience using various types of sewing machines preferred
