Job Description

The Internal Communications Specialist supports the Sr. Internal Communications Business Partner with building and executing internal communications (IC) strategies and programs that engage, inspire and empower Bose employees around the world. They will work to support the implementation of global IC strategy and planning, serv ing as consultant to internal clients, support ing the ongoing professionalization the internal communications function , its governance procedures , policies and tools, and executi ng communications plans and tactics in support of strategic programs and key change initiatives.
The role requires a proactive individual who is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment.
