Join our Group Insurance team within Enrollment Operations, where we provide essential operational support for customer enrollment events. We are seeking a Web Enrollment Technical Lead to oversee the development and maintenance of web enrollment transactions on the Selerix BenSelect platform.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is fully virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.
What you can expect:
Web Enrollment Platform Management: Lead the creation and maintenance of sustainable operating procedures and process steps for the Selerix BenSelect enrollment platform.
Team Support: Provide ad hoc support to team members, conducting research and analysis of issues, and proposing solutions and process improvements for leadership review and implementation.
Internal Collaboration: Interact regularly with internal customers, including representatives and business leads in Distribution, Product, Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management, to provide solutions and guidance for informed decision-making.
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on web enrollment processes, with the discretion to make recommendations on behalf of the department, subject to management approval for process changes or capital expenditures.
Capacity Management: Work with leadership to manage team capacity and act as a liaison for quality review programs, business continuity, and other process-related needs.
Vendor Partnership: Act as a primary contact with Selerix, collaborating with the vendor to define process requirements and oversee the resolution of any identified issues.
Additional Responsibilities:
Process Improvement: Support the development of new internal and external capabilities to enhance process maturity, efficacy, and efficiency.
Risk Reduction: Collaborate with business leaders and support partners to identify opportunities for improvement that reduces risk.
Project Management: Lead and support multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines.
Issue Resolution: Perform research and analysis to identify the scope and root causes of issues, presenting solutions and recommendations to leadership.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Create and perform system and process user acceptance testing.
Coaching and Collaboration: Coach team members and collaborate with sales executives and account management.
What you'll need:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with the Selerix BenSelect platform.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance operations and administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Group Insurance products, including Life, Disability, Supplemental Health, and advanced products such as Group Universal and Group Variable Universal Life insurance, preferred.
It'd be a plus if you had:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience preferred.
