What You'll Get to Do

As an Accounting Manager, you will ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, streamline processes, and enhance internal controls. This role is hybrid and requires in-office presence at our Dallas Corporate HQ three days per week.

Available Roles & Responsibilities

Operations Accounting (Glass Fabrication & Service Centers)

• Oversee month-end close, revenue recognition, and reserves for bad debts, sales rebates, and warranties.
• Ensure accurate and consistent transaction processing in ERPs across various facilities
• Mentor and develop accounting staff.

Operations Accounting (Coral Industries)

• Manage inventory accounting, cost accuracy, and reconciliations.
• Oversee physical inventory procedures and eliminate intercompany profit.
• Supervise month-end close and full-cycle accounting for Coral operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum seven years of accounting leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and process improvement mindset.
• Experience in public companies, private equity, or manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent communicator and change leader.
