Job Summary
As a Senior Talent Sourcer thin our recruiting team, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective candidates for various roles across TriWest. You will collaborate closely with Recruiters, Leaders and other stakeholders to build a robust pipeline of diverse qualified candidates for current and future business needs. You will be challenged to think outside the box and bring innovative sourcing solutions to the Team.
Education & Experience
Required:
• Bachelors Degree in business or related degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years proven experience as a recruiting/talent acquisition professional to include expertise in conducting passing outreaches using online platforms, Boolean searches, networking and referrals
• Demonstrated success in identifying and attracting top talent through proactive sourcing techniques
Preferred:
• Experience utilizing PeopleSoft e-Recruit on-line recruiting tool
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Healthcare or technical recruiting experience
Key Responsibilities
• Candidate Identification: Use external sources to identify passive talent such as google searches, professional networking sites, diversity organizations and associations. Utilize Boolean search strings and advanced search techniques to effectively identify passive candidates. Build innovative sourcing strategies.
• Screening: Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, interest and alignment with TriWest's needs.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to gain insights into talent availability.
• Candidate Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Candidate Outreach: Craft compelling and personalized messages to initiate contact with passive candidates, promoting TriWest as an Employer of choice.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Recruiters and leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and update to date candidate data and sourcing activity.
• Reporting: Track sourcing metrics and provide updates on sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement and pipeline growth. Manage and analyze data on sourcing and conversion efforts to drive improvements as needed.

Coaching / Training / Mentoring: Establish and nurture relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders. Build rapport and trust to create a positive candidate experience.
Communication / People Skills: Ensure timely and transparent communication during the candidate engagement process. Provide clear expectations regarding timelines, next steps and job requirements.
Coping / Flexibility: Resiliency in adapting to a variety of situations and individuals while maintaining a sense of purpose and mature problem-solving approach is required.
Independent Thinking / Self-Initiative: Use good judgement to make informed decisions when evaluating sources for credibility and reliability. Break down complex problems into manageable components for review. Develop the ability to identify patterns, trends and connections.
Multi-Tasking / Time Management: Be able to differentiate between tasks that are urgent vs. those that are less critical . Set aside dedicated time for focused work and outreach.
Technical Skills: Working Knowledge using ATS platforms, knowledge and hands on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Understanding of how to leverage social media platforms for recruitment and candidate engagement. Proficiency in using Microsoft office.
Working Conditions
Working Conditions:
• Works day shift with availability to work occasional overtime as needed
• Works within a standard office environment, with travel to field sites if needed, including overnight or longer stays
• Extensive computer work with prolonged sitting
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to carry display booth equipment
