Job Summary:
The HR business partner leadership role and function represents the strategic link between HR and the bank's departments - acting as a proactive partner and providing strategic and tactical support, advice, insights and solutions that advance the department's people strategies and initiatives. The HR business partner leader and function are responsible for building productive working relationships with bank, system and HR stakeholders and colleagues – working collaboratively across various functions including, but not limited to compensation, benefits, talent development, DEI, employee relations and HR operations.

The salary grade for this position is: $162,700 - $228,000. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills, and internal equity and alignment with market data.
