Operations Senior Manager (GenAI CoE) (Finance)

Our GenAI Center of Excellence is dedicated to advancing AI capabilities and ensuring their successful implementation across the organization. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee project management, governance activities, and community of practice initiatives.
Job Summary: As the Operations Senior Manager for the GenAI Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for project managing the development and deployment of our GenAI software platform (A&M Streamline) using a hybrid Agile and Waterfall approach. You will also assist in executing governance activities, including work prioritization, use case reviews, and the creation of policies and standards. Additionally, you will support the creation and maintenance of a GenAI community of practice to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. As the GenAI CoE grows and matures, you role may continue to evolve to meet changing needs.

Project Management:
The salary range is $125,000 - $190,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
