Corporate Counsel - Advertising/Marketing/Privacy (Finance)
This Corporate Counsel role is responsible for advising clients on the legal aspects of marketing, advertising, and selling consumer products and services globally.Prior experience representing marketers in the development of consumer-facing claims and substantiation, competitor challenge practice before the NAD, responding to threatened and filed consumer protection class actions, and the legal aspects of designing advertising content and media campaigns is required. Knowledge of global sustainability advertising developments and best practices is required. Experience with laws and regulations impacting pesticides, antimicrobials, over-the-counter drugs, and cosmetics is preferred.Preference given to large law firm plus in-house experience.
