Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Operate various production equipment monitoring overall performance, efficiency and quality.
- Perform equipment start-up, shut-down and preventive maintenance.
- Sample and monitor product quality coming off the system, making modifications as needed.
- Troubleshoot packaging system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur.
- Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted.
- Supports the manufacture of personal products through a continuous production operation, requiring an understanding of work methods and procedures as well as various binding machines.
- Work is typically routine, although some discretion may be allowed. Applies limited knowledge and expertise applicable to specialty for the implementation of predominantly short-term tasks and projects for business needs.

Decision Making: Mechanical troubleshooting, production/priority decisions relating to maintenance and qualityExperience / Skills / Abilities Required:
Minimum 0 - 3 years previous machine operating or production experience in a team environment preferred.
Average to above average mechanical ability helpful.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: Manufacturing Environment - walking, standing, bending, twisting, grasping, reaching above and below shoulder, lifting up to 35 pounds on a regular basis and up to 70 pounds on occasion. Must wear hearing protection on the production floor.Hourly Pay Rate:$17.00 - $18.00 DOE, plus $1.75 hourly shift differential
Hours: 3:00 pm - 11:30pm Monday- Friday
