Receptionist (Administrative)
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone callsProvide accurate information in response to inquiries about the organization and productsAssist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparationAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers)Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyFriendly, approachable, and professional demeanorStrong customer service orientationBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
