Sr Analyst, Gross to Net (Finance)

Main Purpose of the Role
The Gross to Net Revenue Senior Analyst role will be responsible for analyzing and processing Distributor and Wholesaler Chargebacks. This will be someone who can challenge our processes and look at SOX compliance and internal control deficiencies. Will work with cross functionally to identify opportunities to automate and simplify the existing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Chargeback payments and analyze allowances and trends to provide internal stakeholders with more insight into monthly amounts
2. Work with SAP and Finance in testing automation solutions and enhancing the process at the same time
3. Manage and monitor SOX compliance and process improvement for Chargebacks
4. Develop and improve the reconciliation Chargeback accounts and review accruals rate.
5. Collaborate with Legal and Pricing team cross functionally to create new agreements and ensure standardization of Chargeback terms.
6. Responsible for reconciliation of our internal reports with SAP (eg BOBJ with SAP)
7. Analyze and investigate any variances; works with internal and external partners pertaining to dispute resolution.
8. Develop SOP's for main processes.
9. Work with the AR team to manage and clear any disputes with distributors
10. Serve as a backup processor for GPO analysis and assist with payments and reporting on a quarterly basis.
11. Support GPO automation project; provide suggestions for improvement, testing.
Education and Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
• 4-year degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• 2-4 year's experience in Gross to Net and AR required
• 2-4 year's experience in working with SOX and internal control team, strongly preferred
• SAP working knowledge
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong Work Ethic, attention to detail, team player
