What You Will Do
The PGIM Executive Office is looking for a sharp and ambitious individual to join the Executive office supporting the office of the President & CEO of PGIM. You will be focused on executing administrative objectives and special projects in a professional and friendly manner, while also being timely, accurate, and highly dependable. We are a collaborative and efficient team that prides itself on professionalism, accuracy, and dependability. Our work is diverse and fast-paced, ranging from event planning and travel coordination to special projects and administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will be confident and resourceful in contributing to the overall management of running the President & CEO's office which includes superior organizational skills and attention to detail. This role will interact with a wide variety of senior individuals and groups both at PGIM and outside the firm domestically and internationally. An adherence to strict confidentiality and professionalism is always required.
What You Can Expect
• Travel: Research, schedule, and coordinate detailed travel logistics for the executive, both domestically and internationally.
• Complex Calendaring: Proactively manage a complex and dynamic calendar, requiring ongoing coordination with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the CEO's time.
• Maintain an orderly flow of administrative obligations: Process expense reports, manage signatures and approvals, and handle document production and distribution.
• Ad Hoc Requests: Manage, handle and coordinate ad-hoc requests that come into the CEO's office that may differ on a day-to-day basis. Be flexible and willing to roll-up your sleeves and do whatever is needed to get the job done.
What You Will Bring
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree.
• Technology Skills
o Ability to maximize the features of Office 365 with OneNote experience or interest a plus
o Comfortable working between iOS and Windows environments (paperless work environment)
o Persistence in discovering new and better ways to integrate technology for the team
• Problem Solving Skills
o Ability to reduce a problem to its common denominator and identify the best solution(s)
o Actively looks to identify where things might go wrong, always has a plan B in their back pocket
o Takes time to reflect on problems, asks for more time if information needs to be collected, and takes the time to formulate an optimal solution(s)

o Strong self-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $145,000 to $165,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
