Obtain supplies, position work and follow verbal or written instructionsRead blueprints, complex process sheets, scales and calipersSet-up and operate turret pressesWork with other complex machinery and computersDisassemble, clean and sharpen punches and diesFirst piece part inspection approval and visually evaluate parts for apparent problemsMaintain turret pressComplete tasks as directed with minimum supervisionEnsure work is done safely and meets quality standardsProvide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given taskReport problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to supervisorPerform other duties as directed that correspond to the overall function of this positionKeep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilitiesDesire to learn and work to the best of his/her abilities as well as dependable work ethicFollow all company rules and policies
