Follow up on past due customer orders and manage delivery expectations
Support Field Service Engineers with service visits, spare parts inventory, and quoting
Update and maintain CRM and ERP database
Conduct contract review
Complete export paperwork
Ensure purchase order terms comply with Alpha's standard terms and conditions (or previously negotiated terms)
Complete other responsibilities as required
Education - Experience - Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
Must possess a strong customer orientation
Must be extremely detail oriented
Must possess strong time management skills
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong customer orientation
Experience with Letters of Credit, Import/Export and Performance Bank Guarantees preferred
