Bilingual- Spanish/English Customer Service Representative (Finance)
Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in English or Spanish via phone, Teams, fax, and email or chat
- Process customer orders for parts and service
- Create and distribute quotations of parts and service
- Invoice parts and service orders
- Track customer calls, complaints, orders, & shipments
- Follow up on past due customer orders and manage delivery expectations
- Support Field Service Engineers with service visits, spare parts inventory, and quoting
- Update and maintain CRM and ERP database
- Conduct contract review
- Complete export paperwork
- Ensure purchase order terms comply with Alpha's standard terms and conditions (or previously negotiated terms)
- Complete other responsibilities as required
Education - Experience - Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
- Must possess a strong customer orientation
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Must possess strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong customer orientation
- Experience with Letters of Credit, Import/Export and Performance Bank Guarantees preferred
