Minnesota Power is seeking a Relay & Meter Technician to join its Tech Systems department to focus on relay system reliability, integrity, and security to ensure equipment protection. This position will provide relay protection and verify control systems are properly installed and maintained, as well as confirm power equipment is tested to ensure continuity of service. When you join Minnesota Power's Tech Systems team as a Relay & Meter Technician, you will make certain that accurate and current test documentation is maintained to support preventive maintenance and to mitigate liability. Additionally, this role requires a strong background in electrical control circuits, instrumentation control circuitry, motor controls, PLCs, and print reading in an industrial environment.
