Business Transformation (Employee Effectiveness) Intern (Spring/Fall 2025) (Manufacturing)

Essential to this Position

The Employee Effectiveness Intern will be responsible for assisting the Business Transformation Team with projects starting in spring of 2025.

Areas of Learning/Responsibilities

• Learning content development - Gain insights into identifying corporate-wide learning content and managing content creation. Assist Subject Matter Experts in training content layout within PowerPoint.
• Learning management - Assist in managing corporate-wide learning within ORBIS University. This may include scheduling trainings, building SharePoint pages and creating content courses within our LMS platform, Workday and editing training videos in Camtasia.
• Knowledge gap identification - Assist in communicating with sales leaders to identify individual required learnings, based on knowledge gaps of team.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university majoring in Organizational Development, Marketing or other related degree.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and business professionalism
• Team player with an interest in working with people regularly
• Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage your time
• Communication skills - verbal and written
• Passion for Corporate Learning or Training
• Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) preferred
• Experience in video editing preferred but not required
• Curiosity - desire to learn and ask questions
