IT Support Analyst (Finance)
Responsibilities:
• Provide first application-level phone/email support to employees, both on site
and remote.
• Analyze problems, answer questions & provide training about the software used within the company
• Perform hardware refreshes and ensure that all IT equipment is good working
condition.
• Assist in identifying, testing, and implementing fixes for repetitive issues
• Provide regular updates to employees on open support issues through ticketing system
• Research issues dealing with 3rd party technology
• Assist in creating and editing training materials and manuals
• Manage user accounts in various business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Install, test, maintain, repair and network computers and peripherals
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree preferred
• 3+ years experience in IT support
Compensation
Employee Type: Salaried
Salary Minimum: $80,000
Salary Maximum: $100,000
Incentive: No
