Electrical Engineer/Designer (Engineering)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Design lighting, power distribution, and communication systems, including fire alarm systems.
Prepare technical design documents.
Use AutoCAD and/or Revit/BIM to model construction drawings for building systems from schematic design to construction administration phases.
Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance with the contract documents.
Job site visits to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
3+ years' experience designing Electrical Building Systems
EIT preferred
Experience with engineering design programs (i.e., Revit, AutoCAD.)
