Sr Financial Systems Analyst (Finance)

The salary range posted represents the low and high end of OSI's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience and performance. Base salary is one component of OSI's overall total rewards package. Other components may include bonuses, special pay programs, comprehensive time off, 401k with match and a full suite of benefit offerings for you and your family.

Position Summary:

This role supports key accounting and financial roles across the globe with the use of OSI's Consolidation System, OneStream. This position is responsible for the maintenance of existing processes and procedures for OneStream and assisting in the implementation of new or enhanced OneStream solutions.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Job is an individual contributor.

• Job is an individual contributor and has no direct reports.

• Act as primary business support for the OneStream Consolidation system.

• Aid in the documentation of business processes and workflows.

• Collaborates with global and corporate accounting and FP&A teams to manage and provide user support of OneStream's key processes.

• Provide technical support and functional expertise to support OneStream features

• Acts as liaison between the end-user community and internal IT resources.

• Manages metadata, data validation, and security governance.

• Ensures system compliance to support the year-end external audit.

• Become a subject matter expert (SME) in OSI's OneStream business processes.

• Works with cross-functional teams to eliminate cumbersome manual processes.

• Works closely with 3rd party vendors and offshore consultants on issue resolution.

Experience & Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience in related field is preferred.

• Basic Qualifications:

• Solid verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to approach complex problems with curiosity and an analytical mindset.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to handle multiple assignments and manage competing priorities with tight deadlines.

• Willingness to embrace change with a positive attitude as OSI evolves

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting/administering corporate consolidation systems, such as OneStream, HFM, Blackline, IBM Cognos, PowerBI or equivalent consolidations software.

• Experience with global finance operations including multiple currencies and ERP systems.

• Expertise in planning automation, consolidated reporting, and data modeling.

• Knowledge of general annual budget, strategic planning, and rolling forecast processes.

• Experience playing a key role in an ERP and/or financial systems project implementation.

Preferred Education

• BA/BS or equivalent is required.

• Work is generally performed within a business professional office environment, with standard office equipment available.

• Work conditions are typical of an office environment.
