Manager, Data and Process Analytics (Information Technology)
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
At least 10 years of professional experience in related IT field
Experience successfully building a process mining/process intelligence practice
Strong understanding of relational database and data warehouse related concepts
Previous experience directly overseeing a team and/or large-scale projects
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Lead a large team of process mining and database developers and analysts across multiple technologies
Provide guidance and support to team members and leadership to ensure effective development and problem resolution
Coach a team to deliver value-based use cases for process improvement initiatives utilizing process mining and automation tools in identifying opportunities
Oversee the design, development, and testing of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
Execute and deliver process automation opportunities related to analytics via workflows
Balance multiple priorities and manage stakeholder expectations
Serve as a primary point of contact between team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication
Advocate for best practices in software development, database implementation strategy and technology implementation
Propose innovative solutions to improve current systems, increase productivity, and reduce costs
Provide guidance and support to the business throughout the implementation process, including change management and user adoption strategies
Other duties as assigned
Compensation Range: $130,000 - $150,000 annually. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. ACR reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
