What will I be doing?
Assists and acts in absence of the Director of Security to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the property. Trains team members and ensures full compliance with all corporate guidelines and local, state and federal laws and regulations regarding emergency management, loss prevention, safety and security. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. Serves as liaison with local law enforcement and leads investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss, etc. Writes and assists in the administration and accuracy of all required reports and documentation.
