Community School Director (Personal Services)

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and proactive LEADER to take on the role of Community School Director (CSD) for the leading agency Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster. As part of an innovative and forward-thinking team, you'll lead and charge in transforming education and empowering our community by coordinating essential programs and services that help students thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Whether it is creating family engagement action plans, developing strategic partnerships, or tracking program progress, CSD's play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster.
