Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to work as a Physical Therapist in CO

Experience in a post acute or skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required

Rate Range $40-$55

*$7,500 Sign on bonus paid: $1,500 after 90 days, $2,500 after 6 months and $3,500 after 12 months - Only full-time employees eligible for bonus
