Vice President, Relationship Manager (Finance)
The Relationship Manager is an inside/outside sales and service position who will support new and existing customers by understanding their financial needs, recommending and opening appropriate products and services, resolving customer issues and proactively marketing, selling, and referring products and services to new and existing customers. The Relationship Manager also develops and maintains positive business relationships with potential and existing customers primarily through an outside calling effort to fully understand their banking needs while identifying cross-sell opportunities to enhance and deepen the customer relationships. This position is responsible for generating leads through prospecting and networking within assigned areas outside the bank. The primary focus is on generating new loan and deposit relationships, developing current customers, and managing relationships with clear expectations on exceeding sales and service goals.
