Arthrex is actively seeking an Infrastructure Architect who gets to work directly with the IT departments within Arthrex on the administration, monitoring, and support of computer infrastructure systems, services, and applications. Main Objective:
Administration, monitoring, and support of computer infrastructure systems, services, and applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and recommend solutions, upgrades, and services for streamlining and system improvements.
• Support of hardware/software maintenance to include troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades.
• Support of multiple locations worldwide.
• Complete IT operational tasks, project tasks, and end user support duties as assigned.
• Maintain accurate, updated documentation while performing essential job duties.
• Assist other analysts with troubleshooting and fulfillment processes.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

• Tier 3 support.
• Lead the architecture and design of infrastructure solutions and methodology.
• Lead high-profile, mission-critical IT projects and project teams.
• Provide mentorship to others in the department.
• Resolve and take ownership of issues without management involvement.
• Assist management with strategic IT alignment and project management.
• Implement application installation and deployment strategy.
• Develop, communicate, and manage Enterprise Roadmaps with a focus on Infrastructure Technologies.
• Provide governance and is accountable for ensuring the Architecture function across an Infrastructure Team.
• Ensure the technical Architecture is comprehensive and aligns with customer/business needs.
• Take leadership in Architectural reviews.

Specialized Skills:

• Computer infrastructure-centered certifications required
• Experience leading junior staff in completing day-to-day operational tasks and/or enterprise scale projects required
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows networking and design, security, Local and Wide Area network design
• Experience with servers, virtualization, and storage systems
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and Cisco networking, Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Virtualization tools, Databases, enterprise applications, advanced public Cloud platforms such as Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS), Security tools
• Experience leading architecture and design of complex infrastructure for large enterprise solutions

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• 12 + years of relevant work experience required
