Location: Vineyard Post Acute, Petaluma
Salary Range: $120,000-$175,000 (bonus opportunities)

- Current California license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Forward-thinking approach with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance clinical expertise with business acumen to achieve positive patient and financial outcomes.
